With the start of a New Year, many reflect on the changes we want or need to make even though we seem to make the same New Year resolutions each year.

How can the top 10 New Year’s resolutions be predicted? Is it because they are the same, year after year, without success?

I’ve had #1, #2, and #3 on my list, consistently for almost 20 years.

Statistics show that most of us don’t make it through the first week. Why?

We lack goals, plans, discipline, habits, and positivity.

I’ve rarely had a plan in place by January 1. So, when the day comes, I’m not ready. After a false start, it’s easy to feel discouraged and just give up. At least that’s how my mind works.
