The Pandemic gameplay is unique and extremely addictive. The gameboard features over 40 population centres across the globe and each turn players can use up to four cards to travel between cities, treat infected populaces, discover a cure, or build research stations. However, lurking in the deck are a number of Epidemic! cards that will accelerate and intensify the spread of diseases.

Pandemic was first released in 2008 and has remained an extremely popular board game that has inspired over a dozen sequel games, such a Pandemic:State of Emergency and Pandemic:On the Brink. The game has won over 40 individual awards and is rated 7.6/10 on boardgamegeek.com from over 100,000 reviews. 

However, the game has never been more relevant than it is today. The emergence of the real-life COVID-19 pandemic makes this product a great way to teach your young ones about this sensitive topic in a safe and fun way.
